Job summary

Think Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Midlands maintenance contractor for an experienced Multi Trade Operative to fit bathrooms in social housing properties. You will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week in West Midlands, starting ASAP with a daily pay rate of £180–£200 via CIS or umbrella.

This temporary role requires proven skills across plumbing, carpentry, plastering and painting, with NVQ2 or equivalent and own tools.

Qualifications

• Bathroom fitting experience in social housing.
• Experience across plumbing, carpentry, plastering and painting.
• NVQ Level 2 or trade qualifications.
• Own vehicle and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and a professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out bathroom installs to social housing properties
• Plumbing: Minor repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, and domestic systems
• Carpentry: Hanging doors, fitting skirting, architraves, and general woodwork
• Plastering and tiling: Patch repairs and making good
• Painting and decorating: Internal finishing, including prep and touch-ups
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable Maintenance Contractor in the midlands for an experienced Multi Trade Operative with experience fitting Bathrooms to join their social housing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and dependable tradesperson to secure consistent, full-time work delivering bathroom fitting and upgrades to social housing properties in the midlands region.

Location: West Midlands

Start Date: ASAP
