Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd seeks an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join a long-term social housing contract in Stoke-on-Trent, delivering full bathroom refurbishments in occupied properties.

You will handle plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring and finishing, taking a bathroom from start to finish with a high standard of finish, while working around tenants and ensuring compliance with on-site safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bathroom Fitter.
• Experience completing bathrooms within social housing.
• Confident with plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring.
• Good attention to detail and quality of finish.
• Comfortable working around tenants.
• Own van and tools.
• Valid CSCS card.

Responsibilities

• Complete full bathroom refurbishments from start to finish.
• Carry out plumbing, tiling, plastering, flooring and finishing work.
