Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join an ongoing social housing project in Stoke on Trent. You will install kitchens and perform associated remedial works in occupied properties, staying within the local area and minimising travel.
The ideal candidate has solid carpentry skills, can work independently, and deliver high-quality workmanship. Previous social housing refurbishments are advantageous, and you will need your own tools and van.
We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Fitter to join an ongoing social housing contract in Stoke on Trent. You'll be working in occupied social housing properties, fitting kitchens and carrying out associated remedial works. This is a long-term contract with limited travel, so you'll mainly be working within the Stoke area.
We need a reliable Kitchen Fitter with solid carpentry skills and ideally previous social housing experience. You should be confident with carpentry and general kitchen installation. Experience with minor plumbing, tiling, painting and plastering would be a big advantage. If you've worked on social housing refurbishments before and have good carpentry skills, even better. The ideal Kitchen Fitter will be able to work independently, keep a good pace and complete jobs to a high standard while working in occupied properties.
