Job summary

Candidate Source is seeking a skilled Bathroom Fitter to join the team on a permanent basis in the United Kingdom. The role offers a salary of £40,000 per annum, with a pension scheme, company van, and overtime opportunities paid at time and a half.

You will work on primarily domestic insurance repair projects, ensuring high standards and safety on site. Responsibilities include removing bathrooms, plumbing and installing new suites, tiling, pipework and basic joinery tasks, in occupied homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance reinstatement is advantageous.
• Proven track record in a similar role in occupied domestic environments.
• Qualified and suitable to the trade.
• Experience in installation and removal of bathrooms.
• Tiling experience.
• Pipework experience.
• 1st and 2nd fix joinery experience.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing bathrooms.
• Plumb and install new bathroom suites.
• Tile walls and floors as required.
• Complete pipework for bathroom installations.
• Carry out joinery tasks related to bathroom fittings.

A successful family-owned building company specialising in insurance repairs is looking for a highly skilled Bathroom Fitter to join the team on a permanent basis due to an increase in work.

Along with a salary of £40,000 per annum, you will receive a pension scheme, company van and overtime opportunities (paid at time and a half).

What you\'ll be doing as Bathroom Fitter

You will be responsible for completing primarily domestic insurance repair works as per the job card instructions. You will complete works to a high standard efficiently, maintaining health and safety on site, liaising with other trades and customer satisfaction. Duties will include:

• The removal of bathrooms
• Plumbing and installation of new bathroom suites
• Tiling
• Pipework
• Joinery

What we\'re looking for in a Bathroom Fitter

Experience on insurance re-instatement would be an advantage.

Demonstrable proven track record in a similar role working in occupied domestic environment.

Qualified, suitable to the trade.

Experience in installation/removal of bathrooms.

Tiling experience.

Pipework experience.

1st and 2nd fix joinery experience.
