Responsibilities
  • Welcoming customers, listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders
  • Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers
  • Handling credit and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate
  • Working with the Restaurant Manager to develop new cocktail recipes
  • Ensuring a consistent drinks experience for all guests by serving well‑executed drinks at a fast pace
  • Maintaining high cleanliness standards

About Swinton Estate

Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Compensation & Benefits

Salary of £25,397 per annum plus tronc, 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 live‑in available.
