Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking a Bar Tender at Crowne Plaza Glasgow to craft beverages and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will mix drinks, provide excellent service, and handle payments while following safety and licensing rules. The role supports the Food & Beverage team in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Experience in hospitality and strong English communication are valued. This on-site position offers an occasional worker contract and requires attention to cleanliness and guest

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or retail experience focused on making customer experiences memorable.
• Previous Customer Service experience where you've excelled in creating enjoyable moments.
• Good understanding of written and spoken English - clear communication is key!

Responsibilities

• Craft beverages and follow hotel policy and liquor licensing laws, and suggest exciting options.
• Provide consistent service excellence to make every guest interaction enjoyable.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and guest accounts following company procedures.
• Keep the Bar and service areas clean and ready to impress.
• Prepare for your shift using the department checklist to be ready for the day.
• Rotate and display Bar stocks, ensuring products are served in top-notch condition.
• Strictly observe Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations because safety is the priority.
• Support the Food & Beverage department with additional duties as needed, including table service or training.
