Role Overview

As a Senior Bartender at Pyro, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—crafting drinks with precision, personality, and speed. You’ll bring energy and professionalism to the bar, serve with confidence, and share your passion for flavour, ingredients, and great hospitality. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a busy, quality‑driven environment and takes pride in every pour.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistently high standards in drink preparation, presentation, and service.
• Share your knowledge of our cocktails, wines, and spirits with guests and team members alike—bringing our drinks list to life.
• Ensure the bar is well‑stocked, clean, and organised at all times.
• Work closely with the front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service and great communication.
• Uphold Pyro’s service standards—balancing speed with warmth and precision.
• Support new team members with training and help foster a fun, respectful, and focused team culture.
• Maintain all licensing, hygiene, and health & safety standards behind the bar.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast‑paced, quality‑led bar or restaurant.
• A passion for cocktails, spirits, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
