Job summary

WH Smith Travel is seeking a Barista to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You’ll be part of a team delivering our in-store beverage and food offerings, including Costa Coffee and Smith’s Family Kitchen concepts, and you'll help maintain high standards of presentation and service.

You’ll engage with customers to understand preferences, promote our range, and support daily activities.

Qualifications

• Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit.
• Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards, availability
• Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to your customers.
