Job summary

Costa Coffee in Colchester is seeking a Barista to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards. You’ll work as part of a team to craft and serve a wide range of beverages and fresh products, while sharing knowledge about our menu and promotions.

This role emphasizes interacting with customers, meeting their preferences, and contributing to a fast-paced, friendly environment with strong teamwork and attention to detail.

As a Barista at Costa Coffee, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards.
