Job summary

Smith’s Family Kitchen/Costa Coffee/DMC is seeking a friendly Barista to deliver outstanding customer service and help maintain our high store standards. You’ll work as part of a supportive team to create welcoming experiences for every customer, whether they’re stopping by for a coffee, snack, or a quick takeaway.

Daily duties include taking orders, crafting beverages, handling payments, and maintaining clean counters and displays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and reliable with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit.
• Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards, availability
• Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services to your customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations.
• Working as part of a winning Team: pulling together with other members in the team to adapt to what can be a changing fast pace environment.
