WHSmith Travel is seeking a Barista to provide exceptional customer service in a busy retail setting. You will help customers choose from over 40 beverages and fresh pastries, while maintaining store standards and presenting products with enthusiasm.

As a Barista at Smith’s Family Kitchen/Costa Coffee/DMC, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards.

What being a Barista is all about?

• Interact with customers to understand their favourite food and beverage preferences so they get the best experience on every visit
• Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation standards, availability
• Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and servicesto your customers.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and make recommendations
• Working as part of a winning Team: pulling together with other members in the team to adapt to what can be a changing fast pace environment.
