We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join the coffee and beverage operations of our flagship café outlet. You will play a key role in delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience through your technic coffee skills, service passion, and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare all coffee and beverage according to recipes and standards.
• Support daily operations of the coffee bar, ensuring smooth workflow and cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and make recommendations.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels by reporting low stock of coffee, milk, and other supplies.
• Care for and maintain coffee equipment and tools, following cleaning schedules.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including social media promotions and community events.

Job Requirement

• Diploma or equivalent (Barista training or certification is an advantage).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty café or similar setting.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods; willingness to learn specialty techniques.
• Friendly personality and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain service quality.
• Meticulous attention to quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes.
• Food Hygiene Certification required.
• Ability to work flexible hours/shift, including weekends and public holidays.
