Role

Position: Bars Team Member
Location: Potters Resorts Five Lakes
Type: Part Time

Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch drinks and service to our guests, pouring cocktails and serving a range of beverages including tea, coffee, milkshakes, cocktails, and alcoholic drinks
• Provide amazing customer service to all guests
• Work in a fast-paced and energetic role
• Maintain strong attention to detail by clearing tables and glasses as needed
• Attend training sessions to ensure knowledge of alcohol laws and procedures
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Work in a dynamic team environment and contribute to a positive guest experience
• Be passionate about ensuring every guest leaves with a smile

Hours and Availability

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week
• Working 5 days out of 7 to include weekends and bank holidays
• Bar opening times: 9am – 2.30am
• 8-hour shifts including days, evenings, and late shifts

Qualifications and Skills

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for hospitality
• Prior bar experience is helpful but not essential; training is provided
• Ability to work well under pressure and keep things running smoothly
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• Team player who is willing to help out as needed
