Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to drive excellent customer service and lead a busy shift. You will support management, coordinate staff, and ensure a safe, compliant bar environment with allergen awareness. A positive, proactive team player with strong English skills is essential.

You will role‑model high standards, support development across brands, and enjoy staff discounts and career progression opportunities within a well‑known hospitality group.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and ensuring customers feel welcome.
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to busy shifts.
• Positive can-do attitude and a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
