Flaming Grill - Bra_103 in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to guide a busy shift and ensure the team delivers a memorable guest experience. You will deputise for management, organize the team, and keep the bar safe, legal, and clean while maintaining high service standards.

You will foster a warm welcome for customers, lead by example, adapt to peak times, and motivate colleagues with a positive, can-do attitude and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• A great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenges during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
