Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa in Cambourne near Cambridge is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead the F&B team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will train, motivate and coach colleagues while driving revenue through upselling and promotions.

Located in a 4*, 120-bedroom property with The Bridge restaurant and Lounge bar, the hotel offers leisure facilities and event spaces, plus strong support for personal development and progression within The QHotels Collection.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hospitality F&B.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Strong ability to motivate and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the F&B team to deliver high guest experience.
• Drive revenue through upselling and promote promotions to guests.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

Is this the role for me?

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
• Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits
• Excellent team motivator and team builder
