Job summary

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, seeks a supervisor to guide a hospitality team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead service standards, ensure correct training, and promote promotions to guests while maintaining high quality.

Key requirements include prior supervisory experience in hospitality F&B, a professional, efficient approach, knowledge of wines and spirits, and strong motivational skills to build a cohesive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.
• Drive revenue by upselling and promoting offers, ensuring training is completed.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. Working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
