Job summary

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa in Thame, just outside Oxford, is seeking a supervisory leader for the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will guide and motivate staff, ensuring training is completed and promotions are explained to guests to drive revenue.

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality, especially F&B.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high-quality service operation.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience.working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

• Previousexperience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department
• Ability of working in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa is located in Thame, just outside Oxford and within close proximity to the Cotswolds. Our hotel is a 4*, 154-bedroom property and has the Spires restaurant and bar & lounge area, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
