Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa in Thame, just outside Oxford, is a 4-star, 154-bedroom property with the Spires restaurant and bar, plus gym, pool and spa facilities.

As a supervisor you will lead and motivate your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience, driving revenue through upselling and clear promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food and beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. Working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
