Job summary

The Cambridge Belfry Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, is looking for a hospitality supervisor to lead a guest-focused team in Cambourne. You will motivate staff, ensure high standards of service, and work with the team to upsell and promote promotions.

With previous supervisory experience in a hospitality F&B department, you will manage a professional operation, have a good knowledge of wines and spirits, and inspire others to deliver top quality guest experiences across all outlets.

• Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to operate in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented environment.
• Good knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

Responsibilities

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. working together with your team you'll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.
