Job summary

The QHotels Collection is seeking a strong hospitality supervisor to lead a dedicated team at The Park Royal Hotel & Spa, Warrington. You will ensure a high standard of guest experience, motivate staff, and drive upselling opportunities across the restaurant, lounge bar, and events spaces.

We value leadership, professionalism, and a deep knowledge of wines and spirits, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality food & beverage department.
• Ability to work in a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation.
• A good knowledge on wines and spirits.
• Excellent team motivator and team builder.

What will I do?

Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. Working together with your team you’ll drive revenue at every opportunity ensuring all team members have had the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

The Park Royal Hotel & Spa is located just outside Warrington. Our hotel is a 4*, 146-bedroom property and has a restaurant, lounge bar and terrace, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, cardio & weights room, pool, sauna, steam room, 3 tennis courts and a relaxing Elemis spa.
