Qualifications

• Experience leading a bar team in a luxury setting.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent personal presentation and customer service standards.
• Knowledge of licensing, health & safety in bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations with focus on efficiency, cleanliness and standards.
• Lead, train and motivate the bar team to deliver excellence.
• Collaborate with Beverage Director to update the bar menu with creativity and alignment to brand.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, stock rotation and cost control.
• Ensure licensing, policies and H&S regulations are followed in service of alcohol.
• Maintain high cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
• Engage guests with recommendations and handle special requests professionally.
• Organize bar events, tastings and promotions.
• Keep records of sales, inventory, wastage and costs; report to the Beverage Director.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest focus
• Develop and update the bar menu incollaboration with the Beverage Director, ensuring creativity, quality, andalignment with Nammos brand
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, stockrotation, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws,company policies, and health & safety regulations regarding the sale andservice of alcohol
• Maintain the highest standards ofcleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the bar at all times
• Engage with guests at the bar, providingrecommendations, handling special requests, and resolving issues professionally
• Organize and execute bar events, tastings,and promotions
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, wastage, and costs; report to the Beverage Director as required
• Perform all reasonable tasks designated bythe F&B Director or management team
• To create regular training for the whileteam

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• Previous experience as a bar manager orsenior bar leader in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or high-end bar
• Proven track record in training anddeveloping bar staff
• Good command of English, both spoken andwritten
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Strong knowledge of beverage service,mixology, and bar operations
• Attention to detail and commitment to highservice standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of health & safetyregulations relevant to bar operations
• Reliable timekeeping and punctuality

Desirable:

• Formal bartending or mixology certification
• Experience with Mediterranean or Japanesebeverage programs
• Familiarity with bar inventory software ordigital ordering systems
• Multilingual skills
• Experience organizing bar events ortastings
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced,high-energy environment
