NAMMOS LONDON is seeking a motivated Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations in a luxury hospitality venue in London. You will lead a high-performing team, develop the beverage program with creativity, and ensure adherence to brand standards and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bar manager or senior bar leader in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or high-end bar.
• Proven track record in training and developing bar staff.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Immaculate personal presentation, reflecting luxury brand standards.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service, mixology, and bar operations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to bar operations.
• Reliable timekeeping and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest focus.
• Develop and update the bar menu in collaboration with the Beverage Director, ensuring creativity, quality, and alignment with Nammos brand.
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the bar at all times.
• Engage with guests at the bar, providing recommendations, handling special requests, and resolving issues professionally.
• Organize and execute bar events, tastings, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, wastage, and costs; report to the Beverage Director as required.
• Perform all reasonable tasks designated by the F&B Director or management team
• To create regular training for the while team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:
