Job summary

Nammos London is seeking a motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen team. The role demands excellence in a fast-paced luxury setting and a commitment to supporting a high-performing team.

You will cook to Nammos standards, lead and train junior staff, and contribute to a smooth operation in a globally expanding brand, with competitive pay and development opportunities in London.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in luxury/high-end venues.
• Expertise in the relevant kitchen section to ensure consistency and quality.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise en place and cook dishes for assigned section.
• Ensure all dishes meet Nammos standards for quality and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station at all times.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering for the section.
• Minimize waste and support cost-control initiatives.
• Train and supervise Commis Chefs and junior staff.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform tasks as directed by Sous Chef or Head Chef.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare mise en place and cook dishes for assigned section
• Ensure all food is prepared to Nammos standards for quality and presentation
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of the section at all times
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering for the section
• Minimize waste and support cost control initiatives
• Train and supervise Commis Chefs and junior staff
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements
• Perform all reasonable tasks designated by the Sous Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Head Chef

SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE:

• Strong culinary skills in assigned section (e.g., grill, fish, pastry)
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or Senior Chef De Partie in a luxury or high-end restaurant environment
• Expertise in the relevant kitchen section
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene
• Good command of English, both spoken and written

Desirable:

• Formal culinary qualification
• Additional language skills
• Experience with London’s luxury dining scene
