Nammos London, a luxury hospitality venue in London, is seeking a motivated Bartender to deliver exceptional guest experiences behind the bar. Join an international brand in a fast-paced, high-end setting and contribute to a signature beverage program.

You will work in a美beautifully designed venue, maintain standards of service, and collaborate with skilled teams to craft cocktails and preserve the legendary Nammos experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in luxury venues.
• Good command of English, spoken and written.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Strong knowledge of beverage service and mixology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to guest preferences.
• Set up the bar for each shift with stocked products, garnishes, glassware and equipment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization behind the bar.
• Engage with guests, upsell premium products, and accommodate special requests.
• Support Bar Manager in training junior staff and bar backs as needed.
• Maintain accurate sales, stock usage and wastage records; assist with inventory and ordering.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
• Collaborate with F&B and culinary teams to develop new cocktails and seasonal menus.
• Perform other tasks as directed by Bar Manager or management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and guest preferences.
• Set up the bar for each shift, ensuring all products, garnishes, glassware, and equipment are stocked and ready.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the bar at all times.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations, upselling premium products, and accommodating special requests.
• Support the Bar Manager in training and mentoring junior bar staff and bar backs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock usage, and wastage; assist with inventory management and ordering.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
• Collaborate with the F&B and culinary teams to develop new cocktails, seasonal menus, and beverage pairings.
• Perform all reasonable tasks designated by the Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager, or management team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• Previous experience as a bartender in a luxury restaurant, hotel, or high-end bar
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Strong knowledge of beverage service and mixology
• Attention to detail and commitment to high service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable timekeeping and punctuation

Desirable:

• Formal bartending or mixology certification
• Experience with Mediterranean or Japanese beverage programs
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations relevant to bar operations
• Familiarity with bar inventory software or digital ordering systems
• Multilingual skills
• Experience organizing bar events or tastings.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
