Nammos London is expanding its renowned luxury hospitality concept and seeks a motivated Head Waiter to lead a busy service. You will supervise a section, deliver exceptional service, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create authentic and memorable experiences for all guests through attentive, personalized service.
• Ensure all duties assigned for the section are performed to the highest company standards.
• Oversee the smooth and efficient service of food and beverages in the assigned section.
• Maintain service standards at all times, including prompt clearing of plates and continuous table maintenance.
• Maximize sales by utilizing effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Supervise and mentor junior waiters assigned to the section, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure mise-en-place and equipment are prepared and maintained for seamless service.
• Adhere to all company policies, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
• Perform all reasonable tasks designated by the Manager, demonstrating flexibility and leadership.

SKILLS, AND EXPERTISE:

• Flawless knowledge of all food and beverage products offered, enabling expert responses to guest inquiries.
• Fully conversant with different types of cutlery, China, and glassware and their appropriate uses.
• Mastery of fine dining sequence and Nammos standards of service.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, fostering a positive team environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• Demonstrated experience in high-end, lifestyle hospitality settings—such as celebrated fine dining venues, luxury lifestyle restaurants, or prestigious five-star hotels
• Immaculate presentation and grooming
• Good knowledge of food and wine
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable timekeeping and punctuality

Desirable:

• Previous experience in Greek, Mediterranean, or Japanese-inspired restaurants, or other high-end lifestyle hospitality venues
