Job summary

JW Lees is seeking a Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our North West pubs, inns and hotels. You will provide best-in-class customer service, learn about our beers, and promote our food and drinks with enthusiasm.

You will work within a supportive, family-like team and have opportunities to progress through internal and external development programmes. Enjoy staff benefits including discounts and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Know everything about our beers and be able to recommend food and drink.
• Be confident in recommending items to customers and act as a brand ambassador.
• Previous experience isn’t essential, but being proactive and passionate about hospitality helps.
