Job summary

JW Lees is seeking Bar and Waiting Team Members to deliver top-tier service across our pubs, inns and hotels. You’ll be customer-focused, tailor service to each guest, and help out as part of a close-knit family team.

We offer competitive pay with tips, a profit share, great staff discounts and wellbeing support along with development opportunities. Previous hospitality isn’t essential; enthusiasm and drive matter most.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused attitude and excellent communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Proactive, friendly and passionate about hospitality; prior experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to customers across bar and dining areas.

• Promote food and drink recommendations confidently to guests.
• Maintain knowledge about JW Lees beers and offerings.
• Support on-shift operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
