JW Lees in the North West is recruiting Bar and Waiting Team Members to deliver best-in-class service to customers, tailor ambiance, and be brand ambassadors.

You’ll work with a friendly team, enjoy tips and benefits, and have access to discounts, wellbeing support, and development opportunities as part of our proudly family-owned brewery.

• Provide best-in-class customer service and tailor service to the customer
• Support teammates to create a family-like team environment
• Know everything about the beers and the brewery's offerings
• Confidently recommend food and drinks to customers as brand ambassadors
• Previous experience isn’t essential, but be proactive, supportive and passionate about hospitality
