Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Tottenham Court Road Branch. You will be the friendly face and voice, handling branch transactions, assisting customers with technology, and supporting them over the phone while ensuring strong service quality.

You’ll work on a rota across Monday to Saturday, with a flexible, multi-skilled approach, collaborating with teammates to meet customer needs and drive a positive experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre.
• Build relationships and find solutions for customers.
• Develop knowledge of Santander services and products to assist customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
