Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Kingston Work Cafe to greet customers, handle transactions, and resolve queries with a friendly, multi-skilled approach. You’ll be the face and voice of the branch, assisting in-branch and over the phone while learning Santander’s products to support customers.

Salary starts at £27,138 plus a £500 benefits allowance and eligible for an 8% discretionary bonus.

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service (face-to-face or telephony).
• Ability to communicate effectively to understand customer needs.
• Desire to go above and beyond for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and servicing.
