Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Consultant at the Glasgow Royal Exchange branch. You will help customers in person and over the phone, handling transactions and queries while guiding them to banking services and digital tools.

The role is permanent, part-time, 21 hours per week, with start date after offer. As an advocate for fairer finances, you’ll support customers through everyday banking moments and life-changing decisions, working within a friendly, customer-first team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail settings.
• Strong communication skills and empathy in interactions.
• Comfort with using digital banking tools and branches.
• Ability to work in a busy, branch environment.
