Job summary

Nationwide is looking for a Customer Representative in Glasgow, Scotland. You’ll deliver great customer experiences across branch, phone and online channels, helping customers with everyday banking moments and life-changing decisions.

You’ll welcome customers, handle transactions, guide product choices, and work with colleagues to keep face-to-face banking meaningful on the high street. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Clear communication and listening skills
• Comfortable using digital banking tools

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs, offering friendly help with banking
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, while keeping security and fairness in mind
• Guide customers through banking products and services that suit their needs and help manage their money
• Work closely with colleagues in a busy branch to deliver excellent customer service even at peak times
• Follow processes and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide
