Job summary

Cygnet Healthcare is seeking an experienced Bank Support Worker to join the team at Cygnet Morgan House in Stoke-on-Trent. You will work bank hours, primarily night shifts, providing compassionate care to residents as they work toward greater independence.

You will support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs, communicate effectively, and contribute to a safe, supportive environment. A DBS check is required; full training and ongoing support are provided.
