Job summary

Cygnet St Augustine's is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team on flexible shifts. You will provide enhanced care and support to residents in a 32-bed inpatient setting, with a focus on individual needs and safeguarding.

Successful candidates will be happy to work flexible bank hours and undergo an enhanced DBS check. The role offers hourly pay and opportunities for overtime, with a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Cygnet Healthcare is looking for Bank Support Worker's to join our team working at Cygnet St Augustine's.

You’ll be covering flexible bank shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet St Augustine's.

Cygnet St Augustine’s is a 32 bed specialist high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for men. Our fantastic facilities and multi-disciplinary treatment programme are designed to assist individuals with their return to community living. Those placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.

Your Day-to-Day…

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents


• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
