Job summary

Cygnet Bank roles offer flexible shifts across our Squirrels residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will support daily living, provide physical and emotional care, and tailor assistance to each individual’s needs.

DBS clearance is required, and you’ll work as part of a caring team across multiple sites. Being genuinely driven, an excellent communicator and a good team player will help you succeed in a varied, supportive environment with regular coaching and

The Squirrels

is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day…

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
