Job summary

Cygnet Health Care at Elston House in Elston, England, seeks a compassionate Bank Support Worker to join our residential care team. You will provide flexible bank shifts and deliver high-quality support to adults with autism and learning disabilities, promoting independence, safety and community involvement.

You will work with a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, receive regular coaching and appraisal, and contribute to a warm, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Provide physical and emotional support tailored to individuals' needs.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.

E lston House is a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities, who may also present with behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.

Day-to-Day...
