Job summary

Agincare Weymouth in Market Deeping is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help individuals live more independently and happily. You will support daily routines, accompany people on outings, and tailor activities to personal interests, promoting safety and wellbeing.

  • Full UK driving licence required.

We're looking for:
  • A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
  • Experience required: A team player who values consistency
  • A Full UK driving licence
  • At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK

Who you'll supportYou'll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Market Deeping service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You'll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You'll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
