Job summary

Agincare Bourne service is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals build confidence, independence and joy within their community. You will support daily routines, personal care and meaningful activities, while fostering person-centred care and strong, lasting connections.

You will receive full training and ongoing support, with clear opportunities for career development up to QCF Level 5, and a values-led team committed to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust.
• Experience required.
• A team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

Who You’ll Support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Bourne service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
