Job summary

Agincare Havant is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help people live happier, more independent lives in their own homes. You will build trust, support activities from beach walks to days out, and help clients stay connected with their local community.

This role offers £13.00 per hour, refer-a-friend bonuses, full training up to QCF Level 5, and a supportive, values-led team with pension and discounts. A Full UK driving licence and 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK are required.

Your role is to listen, understand, and build a trusting relationship, supporting individuals to reconnect with the things they love, from beach walks to days out.

We’re looking for:

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• Previous experience in a care or support role preferred
• A team player who values consistency
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5
