Agincare in Worthing/West Sussex is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help individuals live more independently. You will provide person-centred support and personal care, encouraging daily activities and community involvement while respecting choices and safety.

The role requires a valid UK driving licence, a right to work in the UK for at least 12 months, and willingness to undertake funded training up to QCF Level 5. Training is provided and progression opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.
• Openness to training and development up to QCF Level 5.
