Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Bank Support Worker for our Bordon service. You will provide person-centred support and personal care to adults with learning disabilities, helping them live more independently and enjoy everyday activities in the community.

This role is restricted to female applicants due to the Genuine Occupational Requirement. You will receive full training up to QCF Level 5, ongoing support, and a range of benefits including a £13 per hour rate, a pension, and a refer-a-friend bonus.

• A Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Bordon service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
