Join our Essex service as a Bank Support Worker with Agincare to help individuals build confidence, independence and joy in daily life. You’ll provide person-centred support, personal care and meaningful activities, while respecting choices and safety.

We offer fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, a refer-a-friend bonus, a pension, discounts, and a supportive team. You’ll need a full UK driving licence and rights to work in the UK.

We’re looking for:

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• Experience required
• A team player who values consistency
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Essex service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
