Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Bank Support Worker for our Rochester service to help individuals with learning disabilities live independently and confidently.

You will provide person-centred support, assist with personal care and daily routines, and join people on community activities to enrich their lives. A Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK are required, with fully funded training up to QCF Level 5 and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach with willingness to learn.
• Experience required.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.

You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
