Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking an experienced Bank Support Worker for The Squirrels, a specialist residential service for adults with autism and learning disabilities. The role offers flexible shifts to cover annual leave, sickness and other staffing needs, with variety and autonomy across different teams.

You will provide person-centred care, support independence, and contribute to a safe, respectful environment.

Your day-to-day
