Job summary

Potens Group is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our Birkenhead residential service. The role focuses on delivering compassionate care to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs, helping them maintain independence and access community activities.

We are looking for a Bank Support Worker to join our residential service in Birkenhead.

What you’ll be doing:
  • The people we support have learning disabilities, mental health needs, and different levels of independence - it's challenging but extremely rewarding for those looking to make a real difference.

  • Working within a team with the occasional lone working to promote independence and encourage the people we support to access the community.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.

  • This is within an adult residential service.
  • Shifts will involve early mornings, late nights, nights, and weekends.
  • Shifts are 8.00 am - 4.00 pm, 2.00 pm -10.00 pm, 12.00 pm 8.00 pm, 10.00 am - 6.00 pm and Nights 10.00 pm - 8.00 am
