Job summary

Potens Group in Crewe is seeking Support Workers to join our brand-new Supported Living Service at Stanley House.

Stanley House provides high-quality specialist supported living services for twelve adults aged 18 and over, located in the heart of Crewe.

You will help residents with daily living, encourage activities, and support independence while safeguarding their wellbeing. Flexible shifts and a rewarding role are offered.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to support adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.
• Ability to encourage independence and personal development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of residents.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting Adults 18+ with moderate needs and a learning disability / mental health/autism need/physical health need.
• Encourage and support activities in the service and out in the community.
• Develop personal and practical skills to enhance independent living.
• Be responsible for the safeguarding of the individuals we support.
• Stanley House offers: 10 self-contained flats and 2 adapted bungalows, Accessible environments designed to meet a variety of support needs.
