Job summary

Job description

We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.

This role is based within a supported living service located in Denbigh, where we provide personalised, specialist support to individuals with mental health needs and/or mild learning disabilities.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
  • You'll be supporting individuals and promoting their independence to gain confidence living within their homes, and also accessing the community.
  • Personal care may be required for some individuals.
  • You will work to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • You will participate in the chosen activities of the people we support and be enthusiastic about their interests.
