Potens Group in Syston is offering a Support Worker role at Roman Park, a 14-bed residential service for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
You will provide personal care, support residents to learn new skills towards independence, and take part in activities they enjoy. Shift patterns include early, day, evening slots, sleep-ins and weekend work. Training and development opportunities are provided.
