Job summary

Potens Group is seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our brand-new Supported Living Service in Crewe. Located in the heart of Crewe, Stanley House provides high-quality specialist supported living services for twelve adults aged 18 and over.

You will be part of a team delivering person-centred support, personal care, and activites to help residents live as independently as possible. The role includes audits, on-call duties, and collaboration with the service manager.

Qualifications

  • Supporting adults 18+ with learning disability, mental health or autism needs.
  • Personal care is required.
  • Flexibility for shifts including days, nights, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Support adults 18+ with moderate needs, including learning disability/mental health/autism needs.
  • Work with the service manager and staff to maintain high levels of support.
  • Be part of an on-call system.
  • Complete weekly and monthly audits.
  • Provide personal care.
  • Maintain and develop community links and access activities to support independence.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Supporting Adults 18+ with moderate needs and a learning disability / mental health/autism need/physical health need.
  • Working alongside the service manager & staff members to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • Be part of an on-call system.
  • Complete weekly and monthly audits.
  • Personal care is required.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support required for the service needs.
  • Maintain and develop their community links, as well as access community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
